From Route 3 South:

• From US-3 N - Take exit 8.
• The exit ramp turns onto Somerset Parkway.
• At the third set of lights, Somerset Parkway ends.
• Take a left onto Route 101A/Amherst Street and then take an immediate right into the parking lot of 400 Amherst Street.

From Route 3 North:

• From US-3 S - Take exit 8.
• The exit ramp goes through a set of flashing yellow lights and then merges onto Somerset Parkway.
• Once you have merged onto Somerset Parkway, you will go through another set of lights before Somerset Parkway ends at 101 A/Amherst St.
• Take a left onto 101A/Amherst Street, and then take an immediate right into the parking lot of 400 Amherst Street.
